VINYL: VERY GOOD – A FEW MINIMAL SURFACE MARKS ARE VISIBLE AND AN AUDIBLE CRACKLE IS OCCASIONALLY, THOUGH EXTREMELY RARELY, HEARD IN THE BACKGROUND – THIS IN FAIRNESS IS ONLY APPARENT VERY BRIEFLY DURING’LADY JANE’,’FLIGHT 505′ AND’HIGH AND DRY’ BUT NOT FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD (FOUR REVOLUTIONS AT MOST EACH TIME) AND NOTHING THAT DISTRACTS FROM THE OVERALL AUDIO EXPERIENCE, ABSOLUTELY NO DEEP SURFACE MARKS, SCRATCHES OR ANYTHING THAT EFFECTS STYLUS TO SKIP OR JUMP DURING PLAYBACK, A RECORD THAT RETAINS A LOVELY CLEAN SHINE, HAS LIGHT VISIBLE SURFACE WEAR AND CAN STILL BE PLAYED AND ENJOYED WITH GREAT AUDIO PLAYBACK THAT JUST HAS AN AUDIBLE CRACKLE APPARENT BRIEFLY DURING THREE TRACKS. FRONT LAMINATE IS COMPLETELY INTACT WITH JUST A LITTLE VERY MINIMAL AGEING WEAR VISIBLE, COLOURS ALL LOOK CLEAR AND VIVID, SPINE HAS LIGHT AGEING WEAR BUT IS STILL CLEARLY READABLE, THE REAR WHITE MATT CARD HAS A LITTLE VISIBLE AGEING WEAR BUT THE TEXT AND IMAGERY IS ALL STILL CLEAR AND VIVID, SOMEONE HAS PENNED AROUND THE OUTER BORDER OF THE THREE ALBUM TITLE AND BAND NAME PRINT SECTION AND THERE ARE PEN AND CROSS MARKS IN PENCIL NEXT TO THE TRACK LISTINGS (SEE PHOTOS) – THIS ISN’T TOO DETRIMENTAL TO THE OVERALL APPEARANCE THOUGH, NO RIPS OR TEARS, A COVER THAT STILL LOOKS IN GREAT CONDITION ON THE FRONT PANEL BUT IS SLIGHTLY DOWNGRADED DUE TO THE PEN MARKINGS AND SLIGHT AGEING ON THE REAR OF THE COVER BUT NOTHING THAT DOESN’T MAKE THE COVER IN A STILL PRESENTABLE CONDITION. Very Good – The record has obviously been played and there are noticeable marks and scuffs on the playing surface. If these marks look as though they will impact play back it will be play tested, this will be noted in the listing description. Good – Lots of marks on the playing surface which will likely result in deterioration of the sound quality and background noise.
