Hunter Thompson and his attorney head to Las Vegas in search of the American dream they attend the convention of law enforcement to discuss the drug culture. Hunter and the attorney feel that the drug culture needs to be represented at such an event. The story is the basis of the subsequent books that were published and two movies the first starring Bill Murray and the second Johnny Depp. It was HST’s most infamous work.
