Hall of Famer ROGER WATERS signed this ROLLING STONE COMPLETE MAGAZINE very nicely in silver paint pen on the front. The signature is large and bold. There are no skips in the signature. It does show some wear as you can see in the photos. There is small bend mark on the bottom right near the JSA sticker. The autograph is authenticated by JSA, one of the elite authenticating companies in entertainment. Comes with a COA with a matching hologram displayed on the front. The cert number is S59354.
